DESCRIPTION:\nJoin us for a town hall meeting at Mary Moss Academy\, sponso
 red by Mayor Jared Littmann and Alderwoman Karma O'Neill. The City will pr
 esent two town halls in each of the City’s eight wards during 2026. The 
 goal of each meeting is to create an open\, accessible setting where resid
 ents can engage directly with the Mayor\, their ward alderperson\, and Cit
 y leadership. When necessary\, members of the administration or designated
  representatives may attend in place of elected or department leaders. The
 se town halls are part of a broader engagement strategy focused on transpa
 rency\, accountability\, and creating a culture of “getting to yes” in
  City government.\n\nPurpose\nWard Town Halls hosted by the City of Annapo
 lis are intended to provide residents of the ward with an opportunity to e
 ngage directly with their Alderman and city staff regarding issues affecti
 ng their ward and surrounding neighborhoods.\n\nAttendance\nThese meetings
  are designed to hear from residents of the ward hosting the meeting.\n\nP
 articipation Priority\n\n- Residents of the hosting ward will be given pri
 ority to ask questions and provide comments.\n\nMeeting Guidelines\n\n-\n\
 nResident questions will be recognized by the moderator before speaking\n\
 n-\n\nResidents/members of the public are limited to one question or comme
 nt per turn\n\n-\n\nTime limits may be enforced to ensure equitable partic
 ipation\n\n-\n\nDisruptive behavior\, personal attacks\, or repeated inter
 ruptions will not be permitted\n\nEnforcement\nThe moderator is authorized
  to redirect discussion\, limit participation\, or request that an individ
 ual leave the meeting if guidelines are not followed. Any removal will be 
 based solely on disruptive conduct and not on residency\, viewpoint\, or s
 ubject matter.
