DESCRIPTION:\nJoin us for a town hall meeting at Eastport Fire Department\,
  sponsored by Mayor Jared Littmann\, Alderman Frank Thorp\, and the Eastpo
 rt Civic Association. The City will present two town halls in each of the 
 City’s eight wards during 2026. The goal of each meeting is to create an
  open\, accessible setting where residents can engage directly with the Ma
 yor\, their ward alderperson\, and City leadership. When necessary\, membe
 rs of the administration or designated representatives may attend in place
  of elected or department leaders. These town halls are part of a broader 
 engagement strategy focused on transparency\, accountability\, and creatin
 g a culture of “getting to yes” in City government.\n\nPurpose\nWard T
 own Halls hosted by the City of Annapolis are intended to provide resident
 s of the ward with an opportunity to engage directly with their Alderman a
 nd city staff regarding issues affecting their ward and surrounding neighb
 orhoods.\n\nAttendance\nThese meetings are designed to hear from residents
  of the ward hosting the meeting.\n\nParticipation Priority\n\n- Residents
  of the hosting ward will be given priority to ask questions and provide c
 omments.\n\nMeeting Guidelines\n\n-\n\nResident questions will be recogniz
 ed by the moderator before speaking\n\n-\n\nResidents/members of the publi
 c are limited to one question or comment per turn\n\n-\n\nTime limits may 
 be enforced to ensure equitable participation\n\n-\n\nDisruptive behavior\
 , personal attacks\, or repeated interruptions will not be permitted\n\nEn
 forcement\nThe moderator is authorized to redirect discussion\, limit part
 icipation\, or request that an individual leave the meeting if guidelines 
 are not followed. Any removal will be based solely on disruptive conduct a
 nd not on residency\, viewpoint\, or subject matter.
